House to myself soon...
My folks will be going out of town for one of my Dad's softball tournaments this week. I'm looking forward to the peace and quiet. But there's a fun new development. My older cat Moshie has quit eating unless she is hand fed. My mother put it to me this way: "I need to know that you will hand feed Moshie while we're gone, or if we should just put her down before we go". Of course this is all just my mother's famous flair for the dramatic. So after rolling my eyes and snapping at her, I made it clear that I would take the former option. I finally have a computer CD burner. I don't know what the hell took me so long. If I wasn't such a retard, I would've just had one put in to my original Gateway package. C'est la vie. And I am now aware that I need to get more memory put in to my computer, if I still want to get the IPOD. Apparently, the 128 megabytes of RAM that my system has is the bare minimum to install Windows XP on to one's system. The recommended amount is 512 megs! However, it supposedly will still speed up your system if you're operating on 256. We'll see how much all of this will cost. I still want that goddamn little contraption. But all the added expenses are starting to grate on my nerves.

Trashy Folks In West Valley City...
So every Sunday I head to Wal-mart after work to stock up on food for the week. I buy a ton of fruit and veggies and low-fat crap now. Anyhow, I grab a shopping cart and put a couple things in it (Breathe Right Strips and sleeping pills). I walk past the electronics department and wonder whether they have IPODS to look at. I park my cart and walk in to electronics for no longer than a minute. They clearly don't carry them. So I go back to my basket. Some shitbag piece of trash has taken the groceries out of my basket, put them on a display, and walked off with my shopping cart! Who the hell does that crap? West Valley shitbags, that's who! I wasn't really that angry, just kind of annoyed and a little amused. Speaking of IPOD's, I'm likely to get one soon. I also plan on getting a computer CD burner, as my stereo unit burner is kind of a joke. To use the IPOD, I need Windows 2000 or XP, so I'm planning on upgrading to XP in the near future. I love technology. I just wish I was more proficient with it than I am. Soon, my lovelies, soon...
